One of our Cows had a Calf last Saturday night!! Talk about a surprise! I came home from the Spring Dance (An awesome dance that I went to) and went out to the barn with my friend Greta to check on Josie, (The pregnant one) And when we got there she was licking the little cutie like a momma cow should. And of course, I started searching for a name right on the spot! My mom said it has to be a J name because it's mom is named Josie. Sooo, I thought about it, I thought aboutthe name John, (It was a boy by the way) Jeb, James, Jim, Jimmy, And a bunch of others! But none of them seemed to be the right one! I was still thinking about it the next morning at church and had decided on Jack, It was still not my favorite though. :( But at Sunday school we visited the book of Jude. For a second I didn't even catch it! And all of a sudden I burst out laughing. To the surprise of those around me. He He What a perfect name!! Jude. So, the calf's name is Jude. And I must say, He is just adorable! Here's a Picture so you can see his adorableness too:
This is the verse we read from Jude (V.24-25)
"To him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy- to the only God our savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forever more! Amen."
